The Design Engineering Team provides a skilled engineering resource committed to the resolution complex engineering problems and the delivery of service excellence to customers.

NCI Design Engineers have proven expertise in the design, development and integration of engineering solutions for new technologies requiring advanced, innovative or safety related approaches and have extensive experience in the nuclear and the wider engineering fields. This includes an extensive knowledge of applicable design codes and standards associated with nuclear and conventional plant design.

The key areas of expertise include Electrical, C&I, Mechanical, HVAC, Civil and Structural Design.

NCI engineers have historically and are currently involved in the detailed design of a number of multi disciplinary safety related modifications at Koeberg Nuclear Power Station.
